Day 16: Set Backs

I didn't know how tired I would be, until I knocked out twice today. I took multiple naps, my whole body is sore and my appetite is constantly stimulated. Needless to say, my body is undergoing some changes that I've yet to have adapted to. This coming week however, I'm going to attack head-on because I've learned a few things from these past 15 days through trial and error.
Here's my plan:
1. Plan to succeed.
a. Meal prep has to be done.
b. Gym bag must be fully equipped and ready to go.
c. Buy a new water bottle to take on the go. (The old one started growing mold. 😭)
2. Limit social outings. One should be the max. More than one leaves too much room for mistakes and temptations.
3. Listen to my body. If I'm fatigued, then rest. Don't push so hard.
4. Sleep more for longer periods of time. Period.
5. Believe in myself. And be kind to myself.
That's it. Oh, and I lost 8.4 pounds my first two weeks in!
