Day 7: Self-love, Very Redeeming

I love exercising before going to work. I always feel fantastic. I should always do it because I feel like it makes me perform better at work. I'm perkier and always on my toes. Woo endorphins!
Breakfast: 3 oz of roasted chicken breast with skin
Lunch: Egg scramble, (1 teaspoon of canola oil, 3 eggs, scallions and elephant garlic)
Dinner: HUGE Strawberry salad with chicken, red onions, avocado, cucumber and raspberry dressing
Workout: Billy Blanks' Ultimate Bootcamp
Steps taken at work: 16,000 steps
I know I didn't eat enough today. I hate it when I get super busy. This is bad, but I'll try to do better tomorrow.
