Day 4: Friends Keep You Sane

Today was a nice slow down from all of the madness. I tried something new today. I ate approximately 1,350 calories. No outrightedly "diet" food to persuade my body that things aren't changing too much. Let's see how the weigh in goes 3 days from now!

Breakfast:

6 oz of chicken breast, red rice, Hmong pepper

Snack: 2 cups of Skinny Pop White Cheddar pop-corn

Lunch:

Burrito (2 oz of turkey chorizo (60 calories), 1/2 cup of fat free refried beans, hot sauce)

Snack: 2 oz of zapp's potato chips

Dinner:

Campbell's chicken noodle soup + 5 saltine crackers

Dessert: 1 glass of pinot noir
