Day 3: Team-No-Sleep

Breakfast: Red rice with egg scramble (2 eggs, 1 egg white, scallions, elephant garlic and canola oil)

Lunch: Sashimi (red tuna, salmon, yellowtail, flounder, and albacore.)

Dinner: 6oz of roasted chicken breast, brown rice and roasted asparagus

Workout: Billy's Bootcamp Cardio Live
