Day 1: My First Day Back at Work

After almost four months, I went back to work! It was such an amazing feeling to see everyone again. The hermit was freed. Life is feeling like it's finally back to normal.
Day 1:

Breakfast:
brown rice with egg scramble (2 eggs, 1 egg white, 1 teapsoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of canola oil, green onions and elephant garlic)
Lunch:
3 oz of roasted chicken breast and one segmented grapefruit
Dinner
8 oz of roasted chicken breast and brown rice with Hmong pepper
Workout: 30 minutes of Tae bo
Steps taken at work: 19,180 steps
Goal for tomorrow:
Drink more water
Full cheese on my face before work
Love yourself, FIRST everyone. Only then will all of the other pieces of your life interconnect.
I choose passion. I choose risk-tasking. I choose to live this life with guts and guile.
Nothing will stop me.
