After having dieted for so long, eating plate after plate of grilled chicken breast, I wanted something real meaty. And when I crave meat, BEEF is what hits the spot. Lots of stores carry beef that claims to be lean but 20-30% fat in any product isn't lean at all. While shopping at Target, I almost settled for ground turkey but luckily, I stumbled onto Laura's Lean Beef

I was amazed! I couldn't believe that it is 96% ground sirloin and only 4% fat (Not to mention it may be one of the only beef products I've seen that's been approved by the American Heart Association).
Since I've been trying to lose weight and get back in shape, it was perfect to not only satisfy my beef craving but also keep me on track. I love to combine Laura's lean beef with Thai red curry paste, sliced lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves for a fresh finish.
With only 165 calories and 4.5 grams of fat but yet a whopping 18 grams of protein; it's impossible to say no to this dish. Eat good and feel good!
